Agent Aggressor

My wife-at-the-time Eva met a girl at work who's husband was a guitarist and needed a singer for his band.  He already had a killer bass player, so I would be the lead vocalist.  They were into a more leather than spandex less commercial heavy metal scene.  The Guys in the band were myself and guitarist Todd Geisler, who was my wife's friends husband.  There was drummer Rick Newman, lead guitarist Steve Gardenhire, and bassist Bruce Campbell (no, not THAT Bruce Campbell). We worked hard in Todd's garage to build a tight band.  Rick and Bruce soon left the band.  Rick became undependable for personal reasons and Bruce left because of creative differences.  So we began to audition bassists and drummers.  We would usually hire the first adequate player we found, but it always seemed that someone a little better would come along and it was out with the old and in with the new.  After this happened several times, I began to get a little frustrated and suggested installing a revolving door to the practice house.
Agent Aggressor
Needless to say, all this personnel change hampered the development of the band.  I wanted to find someone and stick with them, so we could progress.  Finally we found Drummer Brad Alan and bassist Rick Shelly.  They seemed to fit in and so we began our work anew.  Our main original tune at the time was "Priestess".  We also did covers from Iron Maiden, Metallica,  and Lizzy Borden as well as others.  It took us a long time to come up with a suitable name, but we finally became Agent Aggressor.  But the internal forces that have destroyed countless bands began to work on us.  It was inevitable that I would soon hit the revolving door.
I was pretty angry when it first happened, but after a while I realized that it was just the way Todd and Steve were.  Last I heard of them, they were still using that revolving door rather heavily.  Oh well, I had other non-band problems to deal with.
