What can you say about Rush.  In my opinion, they are the best rock 'n' roll band ever.  All you Rush fans out there know what I mean.  There just never has been anything out there to even compare them with.  The sheer poetry and intelligence of the lyrics that speak on so many different levels.  The beauty of the musical technique, masterfully performed by consummate musicians.  They have never ceased to amaze me.  Every time I listen to them, I hear something different.  I am eagerly awaiting their next album.  I hear that they are going to try to go into the studio in the fall.  Neil Peart, the bands drummer and lyricist, is recovering from the unimaginable tragedy of losing his daughter to a car wreck and his wife to cancer, all within a years time.  I cannot imagine the pain that he went through.  But knowing the man only from his work, I know that when he does come back, he will produce some of his most poignant work to date.
